Yes. Applicants will, in many cases, need to apply for the Knox fellowship around the same time that they are applying for admission. This is because admissions decisions are typically made after the fellowship deadline. Knox Fellowships are awarded only to those candidates that gain admission to Harvard as full-time degree-program students.
