**United Kingdom | Harvard Kennedy School, Master’s in Public Policy (MPP)**

Victoria spent five years in the UK Civil Service, most recently in the office of the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland. There, she focused predominantly on policy to address the legacy of the Troubles, including criminal justice and reconciliation policy. She also supported negotiations which led to the restoration of the Northern Ireland Executive in 2024. At Harvard, she hopes to focus on post-conflict state building and conflict resolution issues.
