Bridget is a former Judge's Clerk of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand and a practising civil litigator of 3+ years' experience. During her LLM, Bridget will be analysing 'public interest' litigation that relies on private law causes of action, with a focus on recent climate change litigation in New Zealand and abroad. Bridget's aspiration is to become a leading litigator in her home jurisdiction and to advance the climate cause as a courtroom advocate.
