Jack's studies will focus on the fields of criminal justice and public international law.  He is also interested in the use of discretion in the justice system and evidence-based approaches to legal policy.  Jack began his career as a Judge's clerk at the New Zealand Court of Appeal and practiced criminal and public law litigation before starting at Harvard.
