Jordan is a lawyer and researcher interested in constitutional law and civil liberties, especially in relation to access to information and privacy, democracy, and trust in public institutions. During his LL.M., he intends to conduct a comparative constitutional analysis of legislative proposals from Canada and the U.S. that are designed to limit the spread of election falsehoods and respect the constitutional guarantee of freedom of expression. In the future, Jordan would like to help resolve public problems impacting private individuals, maintaining an active presence in the courtroom as well as in the classroom.
