Malorie is interested in criminal and constitutional law, in addition to the law of evidence. At Harvard, she will explore how courts and other legal actors incorporate insights from empirical socio-legal research into legal reasoning and decision-making within the criminal justice system, particularly in areas of prosecutorial discretion, constitutional rights, and criminal responsibility.
