Meghan's study at Harvard will focus on the relationship between public law and intersectional gender equity. She is especially interested in how litigation in constitutional and administrative law can be used to address inequities experienced by women from diverse backgrounds as well as to platform their voices and increase their participation in government. Meghan started her career as the tipstaff (judicial clerk) and Research Director to the Chief Justice of New South Wales and has since worked as a solicitor with the Women's Legal Service NSW.
